Recently announced by Taunton Deane Council:

• 35 dwellings at Gore Farm and 100 between Taunton Road and the A358
• Structural landscaping round new development
• Extension to Broadgauge Business Park
• Footpath and cycle links between Broadgauge and the new development
• Youth recreation facilities and allotments
• Affordable housing

Plans are available on Taunton Deane’s website, in the council offices and public libraries.  The official consultation period runs until 28 February and you will be able to comment on line or in writing.

Additionally, there will be a manned public exhibition of the plans in:
Cotford St Luke Community Centre: Tuesday 2 February 3.30-7.30 pm
Bishops Lydeard Village Hall: Wednesday 10 February 3.30-7.30 pm
